Find Ways to Save assessment form

This free Cost and Efficiency analysis form will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Once you've submitted your details, we'll be in touch to schedule an in-person assessment of your building. This will be an informal process to help us understand the methods you're currently using and provide cost savings recommendations for your environmental services program. We'll ask for a walk through of the area we will be evaluating, including the housekeeping closets, and will end our in-person assessment with a brief meeting to review our findings.

  • FTE’s - We determine hours required based on workload and compare them to current hours budgeted for potential cost variances.

  • Cleaning supplies - We will compare the prices that you are paying for cleaning supplies, look at the efficiency of the cleaning products to ensure you are utilizing the best products, as well as time savings and ROI within its current product use.

  • Equipment - We will determine if any equipment changes can improve cleaning efficiency and effectiveness.
